This is why we include a Limited Warranty with the purchase of every brand new Home. Choosing a builder to construct your new home is a major decision. So sleep easy, we will stand behind our products 100%. This Limited Warranty provides you peace of mind after your closing, as it is administered by Bonded Builder Home Warranty program. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, as outlined in the program for the first year after the date that you close.

However, it doesn't cover any typical homeowner maintenance items like changing your light bulbs or replacing your air filters. There is continuing coverage through the second year that includes specific components of your major mechanical systems and are also outlined in the program, examples include: plumbing and electrical systems. The Home Builder's Limited Warranty can be transferred to another buyer if you sell your home within the ten year time frame.

Your kitchen appliances, air conditioning and heating, and roof, just to name a few examples, are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties that Hibiscus Homes passes along to you at closing (settlement). These manufacturers' warranties supplement the protection offered by the Home Builder’s Limited Warranty.
